This disembodied voice can be heard roughly at about the 15 second mark..
Three investigators were talking, when one says, "yeah, I don't know how big Ft Lauderdale was in the 1920's", followed by another saying, "I'm thinking not that big..." which a disembodied voice starts talking over, saying what sounds like:
"take it out"

Robert Leland Knight was killed in the line of duty
while stepping off the fire truck and landing into a puddle of electrically charged
water. Some claim he makes his presence known in many ways such as
cold breezes and the sounds of a disembodied voice.
