EAST MARTELLO TOWER PHOTOS
Built in 1862 and designed after the nearly impregnable coastal Martello watchtowers
in Italy, the fort is a registered National Historic Site and home to many haunted artifacts including Robert The Doll.
The three feet tall doll given to artist Robert "Gene" Otto by a Bahamian servent. Speculation is that the doll either contains a crystal or was made much like a voodoo doll creating an evil entity.
